CBD has published dates for the major parallel meetings. The densest business and finance overlap is 24–26 October; adding the Action Zone on the 23rd and Gender Forum on the 27th creates a stronger decision-making window.

The official Action Zone Auditorium allocation is in the Blue Zone. It overlaps the organiser-announced first day of TNFD's programme, so split coverage when session times are released.

Nature and Culture Summit, Cities Summit and Science Forum overlap. The GBF Pavilion covers invasive alien species in the morning, water in the afternoon; the previous evening ocean slot is not currently listed and needs final-programme confirmation.
